Terms & Policies

 

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Jonathon Walters Photography requires payment in full prior to scheduling a date for clients. We try our hardest to maintain a very quick turnaround time and the only way this is possible is to have a very functional time management system in place. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Jonathon Walters Photography does not offer refunds on projects that have been paid for. Rather, we offer credits towards future projects. This is due to the nature of the photography business. If you need to cancel and reschedule, that is perfectly acceptable, but it will be scheduled at photographer availability. 

Payment and Agreement:

All payments are due at the time of scheduling. Jonathon Walters Photography sends a line style invoice with exact terms of what to expect for the photoshoot. This is the contract for the shoot. Paying the invoice is agreeing to the terms as listed in the details sections of the invoice. 

Reschedules:

Occasionally, there is a need for a reschedule. This can be due to inclement weather, family emergency and so on. These are typically scheduled within a few days of the original photoshoot, but by client request, can be as far as needed in the future assuming photographer is available. 

Guarantees:

Jonathon Walters Photography prides ourselves on the quality of our work along with the promptness fo return time. The following are average and expected turnaround times of our products:

3D Virtual Tours - Between 12-48 Hours

Drone Photography - Between 12-24 Hours

High Resolution Images - 12-24 Hours

Video Galleries - Between 12-48 Hours

While these are our target goals and expectations, we cannot guarantee these times due to the nature of technology. However, as reassurance, we have a perfect 5 Star Rating with over 7,500 followers.
